WLA Offering Independent Engineering Review for Renewable Fuel Standard

In February, the EPA published revisions to the National Renewable Fuel Standard program (RFS 2).  This revision includes new requirements for producers of renewable fuels, and sets a July 1, 2010 deadline for re-registration of facilities to be allowed to generate Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs).
